Gig Panto – Alice in Wonderland

Alice and her band have just laid down the perfect demo track. It’s a masterpiece, sure to be the next big thing, and ready to be sent off to the record labels. That is until a frantic White Rabbit bursts into the studio, snatches the CD and disappears headfirst into an enchanted subwoofer. Chasing the thief down the acoustic rabbit hole, Alice ends up back in the one place she thought she’d never see again, Wonderland! It’s a wild, intoxicating trip through music’s past, on a magical mystery tour of a psychedelic Merseyside. Alice soon discovers that this underground circuit is ruled by the ultimate pop diva, the Queen of Hearts. As Alice tries to track down her stolen songs, helped by some old friends she still has across the realm, she uncovers a scandal that will rock Wonderland forever! The Queen’s no legendary headline harmoniser at all, she’s a lip-sync fraud who steals music for her own celebrity image. Alice must navigate a surreal scene, out-rock the royal entourage, and get her music back before it’s too late, exposing the Queen for the sham she really is.
